- Select a gift and add it to your shopping basket
- Fill in your contact details
- Select your delivery address (list of CPChem facilities)
- Double-check all data are correct
- Validate your order. You will receive a confirmation email.
You should always receive an order confirmation on the e-mail address linked to your account. Not receiving an order confirmation can mean your order wasn’t successful or maybe you received the e-mail in your spam mailbox. If you can't find the confirmation email and have already placed an order, please contact our after sales team via the contact page.
No. To protect the data of your order, it’s not possible to change your order once the order confirmation has been sent.
You have one month to select your preferred gift (July 1-31). After that date, we will produce all orders and start shipping them as soon as they are ready. Given the high volumes of gifts that will be sent, please allow several weeks for production & shipping.
